Opera House Events Coordinator. Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. Works closely with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring that every aspect of an event, from venue setup to vendor coordination, aligns with the client's vision.

Wedding Liaison. The dedicated point of contact for orchestrating the perfect wedding celebration at the Frontier Opera House. From securing your desired date at this iconic venue to managing all communications between you and our team. The Wedding Liaison ensures every aspect of your event at the Frontier Opera House is meticulously handled. Whether it's coordinating logistics, addressing special requests, or ensuring seamless communication, trust us to bring your wedding vision to life at this historic locale.

Museum Assistant. The Museum Assistant warmly greets and assists visitors, offering informative insights into exhibits, programs, and events. They diligently maintain exhibit spaces, ensuring cleanliness and organization for an enjoyable experience. Responsible for opening and closing procedures, they handle setup, cleanup, and administrative duties such as data entry and phone inquiries. Additionally, they actively participate in special events, programs, and workshops as needed, while proficiently managing cash transactions for admissions, gift shop sales, and donations.

Museum site and facilities manager. Responsible for the upkeep and preservation of both indoor and outdoor spaces within a museum facility. Coordinate the maintenance of outdoor grounds, including gardens and landscaping. Plays a crucial role in creating a safe, aesthetically pleasing environment for visitors and ensuring that the museum's physical assets are well-maintained. Collaborate with various departments, manage budgets, and implement sustainable practices to contribute to the overall success and longevity of the museum.

Museum Grounds Maintenance. Responsible for the preservation, upkeep, and functionality of a museum's physical infrastructure and outdoor spaces. Ensures that the museum's buildings meet safety and compliance standards. Assists with the management of outdoor grounds, including gardens and landscaping, to create an attractive and welcoming environment for visitors.
